To register your child at P.S. 66 (for children in Grades 1 to 5), please call the school at 718-558-2810 to make an appointment with Ms. Bailo, the pupil secretary. Bring your child along with the following documents:

• Parent/Guardian ID
• Child's birth certificate
• Child's immunization records
• Two proofs of address
• Report Card
